Queens Of The Stone Age - Go With The Flow
messin with a guitar sound (will be on my next CD)

my music store: http://www.ronaldjenkees.com/music-store **this tune will be on my next CD - I came up with this jam recently so I don't have it available yet. thanks for all the emails and interest in it! can't wait til it's done (hopefully late summer of 2008 - no hard date yet). just havin some fun with a guitar sound on the Motif XS8. The patch I'm playing with is called Hard Ramp AS1&2. I made the background beat using FL Studio. PS. I've read some reviews of this vid as if I'm trying to be a "keytar" player (apparently not a desirable thing, but how can you not like Edgar Winter's "Frankenstein") and that I should just play a real guitar. LOL @ some of those same people who probably play guitar hero (nothing against it but hopefully you see my point)! The irony! The point is, folks, if you find a fun/inspiring sound to jam with, by all means, you should JAM WITH IT! I don't care if you find a $3.00 plastic trumpet. Don't worry about the technicalities and what people say. In the long run it's about the fun that YOU have making music. Thanks for watching!!!

Demetri Martin - "The Jokes With Guitar"

Read this before you flame this video with stupid comments! This is a video I made back in early '07, I got clips from Google Images and made some with MS Paint and then synchronized the clips to Demetri Martin audio. I was up through the late hours of the night making this, and I was real tired, so don't criticize me on spelling. You would make the same mistakes if you were up until 3 AM making videos. And another thing, enough with the constant bitching about how you liked the comedy and not the video itself. This is YouTube, which is internet VIDEOS, so get a life and buy the damn album! Thanks to Plankton Productions for featuring this video on their Best of YouTube podcast. If you're looking for it, it's #226. November 4, 2007 - One Million Views in 288 Days! messin with an e-piano sound (with distortion, LOL)

buy this song: http://www.ronaldjenkees.com/2008/08/16/stay-crunchy-youtube-jam/ buy my first CD: http://www.ronaldjenkees.com/music-store **second CD due late summer This is another one in the very early stages, but it's fun to jam with. I messed with it quite a bit before I filmed, but each time it came out drastically different. LOL I used FL Studio 8 and my Motif XS8 to make this one. The sound I'm using is actually an e-piano (patch is called "Drive EP AS1" on the Motif XS series. I adjusted the distortion and delay to make it sound like it is. Thanks again for watching and being a subscriber to my vids!!
