   If there is such thing as "free energy" I believe it will be found using magnets. However, the energy won't be free since magnets wear out. Hence magnets will become the fuel! I wonder if they make a device that opens and closes a magnetic circuit? Like an SCR for magnetic circuits? Then you could alternate magnetic fields without the use of kinetic energy.

   maybe if u could hook the wheel up to a battery and use that power to make something move the stator magnet? also maybe spin a bigger wheel? have u seen the calloway vtrack design it will almost go full circle without having to move the stator magnet. just some ideas i just bought some neo magnets to play around with

   Why don't you limit up and down movement of the lever and make it ocsilate using the mechanical spining motion of the wheel where most of the magnets are?

   Then we will need to agree to disagree. "A magnet at rest does no work". But a magnet in the presence of another does do work UNTIL they come to rest. The key is how to make a magnet come to a position of rest over and over where it can continue to do work. I now have the idea for another prototype I will be building to test this theory. Still an oscillating stator, moved by pulsed current to electromagnets and held in place by permanent magnets while the work is being done.

   Thanks much for sharing your work! I've been playing with the same sort of ideas with magnets. I think I have a viable solution for replacing your finger. I'll do the work to see if is viable and then share it with you. We are absolutly on the same page with both magnets and hyrogen and energy in general. Keep up the good work! Thanks again!     My idea to close the loop is to have two circles of magnets underneith and fixed to the disk. They would alternate poles and there would be a magnet inbetween the two circles of magnets hooked to a lever. That lever would connect to the end of the lever shown in the video. Thus, as the disk speeds up the magnets would force the levers to move faster to compensate... Hopefully that makes sense ^_^

    The springs would eventually dampen out... So I think it would help for a while, but in the long run wouldn't be ideal.

    This concept is already functioning as a useable product and it is called "Switched Reluctance Motor" which is very efficient and works on similar principle. Dont waste your time on over unity.
