Bullies only know how to be correct by putting down others and daring someone to stand-up to them. In my experience, one only has to stand-up one time to any bully, and they run away crying.     If any Vice President has earned the right to be impeached, its Cheney...short of assasinating the president I don't know how much more damage he could have done to America (although I suppose getting rid of Bush would have been a good thing...that would mean having Cheney as president, which would be MUCH worse than Palin)
